Make checks payable to: Red Bluff Police Department. Include a copy of the parking citation, or note the citation number on the check or money order. DO NOT SEND CASH.
Parking fines must paid to the Records Unit of the Red Bluff Police Department within fifteen (15) days of this receiving the second notice, or the parking fine will be increased by an additional $25.00 pursuant to City Resolution No.14-1999.
Furthermore, if the fines remain delinquent, pursuant to 4760(a)(1) CVC, the Department of Motor Vehicles will be notified of the Failure to Pay a Parking Violation and will place a registration hold on your vehicle, which will restrict your ability to register your motor vehicle until your parking citation issue has been resolved.

Citation Review Process:
- A Citation Review form can be obtained from the Red Bluff Police Department during business hours.
- Within 21 days of when the citation was issued, complete the Citation Review Form including your name, address, phone number, and citation number, date of issue, the cited vehicle’s license number, and all relevant facts pertaining to the citation.
- Return the Citation Review form to the Red Bluff Police Department during regular business hours.
- The Support/Special Services Division Commander will contact you with the decision regarding your review request.
